A new rumor around the tablet market, sources come to know that iPad 3 release date could be on Steve Jobs anniversary i.e. 24th feb!
In the last week of 2011, a new rumor appear on internet from the Far East sources indicating that the iPad 3 launch date will be on the anniversary of co-founder Steve Job’s anniversary. This news actually came from Focus Taiwan, a company opted for manufacturing Apple products. They have provided this news to Economic Daily News of Taiwan and is considered as Apple iPad 3′s supply chain news.
Apple has already launched couple of other products on Steve Job’s birthday anniversary including the thunderbolt technology and the Safari 9.
If this news is really true then Apple component makers and engineers have to boost up their working performance and as the newspaper told, they must work on holidays even in the Lunar Year coming in few days. The production level is also possible to rise this time by seeking the demand of Apple fans. They maybe introduce about 4 million units this time. However, a number of components are already manufactured by Sharp Electronics and LG Electronics by November including back panels and light systems for the retina display.
The OEM and ODM are also working on making precautionary steps to help in manufacturing iPad 3 during implementing and designing phase. The reports claim that the new designs and implementations are actually taking more time and they need a little time to work it out. Therefore, workers have to work over-time in order to cover up this February deadline. Remember that the previous rumors told about how much difficult it could be to release iPad 3 before March and now this new rumor arised! So, there can be both chances of this rumor to be true or not.
What can be iPad 3 features?
As we already come to know about many iPad 3 features already including the cloud computing feature, high optics HD camera with 1080p or more better resolution, a high performance quad core processor chip (A6), 2048x1536p retina display, longer battery life, better iOS and may be dock connector and SIRI will be added to this amazing upcoming iPad 3.
